About the Tribal Economic Development Network
The Tribal Economic Development Network (TED-Net) is an association through which all interested Tribes can share the successes, trials, and tribulations of their economic and enterprise development experiences, as well as access the expertise of Humboldt State University faculty, staff, and students who might support their ongoing economic development efforts. Through quarterly meetings and seminars, TED-Net will acquaint Tribal representatives with the myriad of University and linked community resources available to support their Tribal economic and enterprise development efforts.
With heightened understandings of sovereignty-related issues—and building upon the longstanding collaborative relationships among identified community/economic development organizations—TED-Net expects to improve the participation of northern California Tribes in regional economic development activities.
